On the weekend full of laughter and challenges from November 16th to 17th, 2024, our company held an unforgettable anniversary team-building activity in Moganshan. The two-day itinerary not only enabled us to experience the integration of nature and history but also enhanced our team spirit.
Review of the First Day’s Activities: First, we visited Yucun, which is full of the charm of the Republic of China era. We strolled along the flagstone roads of the small town and felt the accumulation of history. The characteristic dishes in Deqing County satisfied our taste buds. In the afternoon, we moved to the “Muye Shiguang” outdoor base. Through warm-up activities and intense and exciting group competitions, the tacit understanding and teamwork ability of the team were exercised. As night fell, the aroma of the self-service barbecue intertwined with laughter, drawing a perfect conclusion to the day. Review of the Second Day’s Activities: Despite the uncooperative weather with a light drizzle, our enthusiasm remained undiminished. We went to Biwu Longtan as planned and personally experienced the autumn scenery of Moganshan, as if we were in vivid landscape paintings. The trip to Xinshi Ancient Town in the afternoon allowed us to feel a different kind of tranquility and harmony in the slow-paced life of the water town in the south of the Yangtze River.
In these short 48 hours, we have jointly faced challenges, shared laughter, and created many unforgettable memories together. The active participation and selfless dedication of every team member were the keys to the success of this team-building activity. We not only overcame difficulties and celebrated victories together, but these experiences have also deepened our understanding of each other and enhanced the cohesion of our team. In the days to come, let’s apply the team spirit, sense of cooperation, and problem-solving abilities we have learned from this team-building activity to our daily work. Let’s move forward hand in hand, face challenges together, and create brilliance jointly.
